Inaugural Walk4ProstateCancer raises funds and awareness
The inaugural Walk For Prostate Cancer 5K took place Sept. 29 at Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes. Through the Delaware Prostate Cancer Coalition, a portion of the registration fee proceeds will support prostate cancer patients and their families.
WRDE-TV Chief Meteorologist Paul Williams served as grand marshal. A prostate cancer survivor, Williams is committed to promoting a comprehensive lifestyle regimen that will help men prevent a diagnosis or recover following treatment for prostate cancer.
